Privacy
How we handle your information
This site sets no cookies, embeds no third-party tracking or analytics, and does not use your information for marketing. Below is what we actually collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who collects it
Top Engineering & Trading Co., Ltd. Contact details are on the Contact page.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: company name, contact name, email address, telephone (optional), and the enquiry itself. Nothing else is collected.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, provide technical support and conduct the resulting business. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell, trade or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Held in our internal business records for the duration of the business relationship and any statutory retention period thereafter. Primarily used within Taiwan. Where an enquiry requires a quotation from a manufacturer we represent, we pass on the technical specification needed — and tell you before we do.
What the site itself stores
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The Chinese and English versions are two separate URLs (this page, and its /zh/ counterpart) — switching languages just navigates to the other one; nothing needs to be remembered. Fonts are served from this site, so browsing it makes no request to Google or any other external service.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold, provide a copy, correct or complete it, stop using it, or delete it. Please ask by email and we will act on it promptly. Providing your details is entirely optional — but without them we cannot reply to your enquiry.
